What you’ll be doing...

The Senior Specialist, Digital Channel Performance will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and reporting on insights relative to marketing channel performance across the Verizon Business Group. Specifically focused on performance of chat, telesales/IVR, email marketing/nurture, direct mail, and web analytics, this role will mine insights to improve customer experience, reduce friction, and drive revenue. The incumbent will provide key insights to performance, determine root causes for fluctuations, and properly attribute behavior to marketing actions.

  • Responsible for surfacing insights related to surrounding Digital channel performance including chat, telesales/IVR, email marketing, direct mail, and web performance.
  • Surface key patterns and opportunities to drive incremental revenue and customer experiences.
  • Develop new reporting metrics/views in partnership with Analytics Architecture to deliver new ways of digesting performance data.
  • Lead weekly performance reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Lead projection planning and analysis for future performance.

You’re no stranger to tight timelines or working with many different partners. Working with all different kinds of people, you know how to flex your style to each person and situation. You build rapport with others easily—external suppliers see you as an authentic partner and internal clients see you as a trusted advisor. You have a comprehensive background in Digital Marketing and understand the integrated nature channels play to provide a consistent and memorable customer experience.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree orfour or moreyears of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with analyzing IVR, Chat, Email, and Web Data.

Even better if you have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate.
  • Ability to plan and manage numerous processes and ad hoc projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with B2B Marketing.
  • Hands on experience reporting data from chat software such as Liveperson.
  • Hands on experience with Marketo.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work independently and own end to end responsibilities for project execution.
  • Ability to manage and work with both technical and non-technical team/staff members.
  • Proven ability at engaging and influencing functional leaders and partners.
