What you’ll be doing...

The Cslt – Business Intel position will support the efforts of VBG Marketing by providing detailed analytics into various databases to determine the best approach and method to deliver sales leads to all sales segments. You will be the front line operator responsible for ensuring all compliance guidelines are followed and utilized in the issuance of leads based on sometimes sensitive and regulated data to sales and marketing.

  • Extracting data points based off marketing requirements while working with marketing and sales operations to fulfill a complete life cycle of a marketing and sales campaign.
  • Following up with sales and marketing post issuance of sales campaigns being available to sales and marketing executives to explain suppression and compliance adherence.
  • Determining entire approach and delivery of sales campaigns to sales and marketing operations.
  • Utilizing all systems and applications as you feel necessary to deliver a comprehensive and effective sales campaign based on tangible sales results.
  • Providing full quality analysis of results and output prior to delivery to Sales Operations and marketing managers as well as follow up compliance regulation to legal.
  • Overseeing all Marketing and sales campaigns for DBM for all segments from Small Business through and including Enterprise.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Pyspark, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint as well as various other Database management tools.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Market Research, or four or more years of work experience.
  • Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.
  • Analyzed what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
  • Juggled multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Designed custom research approaches to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights.
  • Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
