What you’ll be doing...
As a Solutions Architect for Visible Care Tools, you will coordinate, execute and deliver the Product Roadmap for Visible Care Tools. You will be solely responsible to drive the projects and get them delivered with great quality, on time and on budget. You should have a strong leadership, excellent communication, and “hands-on” project management skills, as well as proficiency in motivating and leading others through vision, strategic positioning, and leadership characteristics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination of cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring projects to completion both on time and within budget.
- Drive architecture, design, development and testing effort for key initiatives. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports.
- Work closely with the Vendor to drive quality, efficiency and best practices in software development and maintenance. Manage the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverable
- You will be interacting extensively with the Product Managers, Operations Team and senior leadership to prioritize and control the delivery objectives for the Engineering team while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
- Analyze, design, and develop enterprise integrated solutions across multiple applications between PLM (product lifecycle management) systems with enterprise and vendor managed applications.
- Develop prototypes and implementation methodologies. Interact with end users and business team to capture and write software system specifications.
- Lead and develop internal Visible team and Partners to build the UX and wireframes for the Visible Care Tools in an Agile / DevOps environment. Review project approach framework and designs with engineering staff and Product team, analyze the feasibility of the approach, and identify potential risks/issues.
- Work and coordinate with Product managers and Business Partners to create Level of Effort (LoE) estimates for all projects. Drive the “best in class”, intuitive, engaging and simple customer interaction for Web
- Ensure projects follow operating practices for Visible and enhance the processes as needed. Ensure the quality of the project meets Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) guidelines.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
- A Bachelor degree in Computer Science.
- Experience with Public Cloud Platforms AWS and/or GCP.
- Worked and delivered projects on Salesforce/Vlocity.
- Experience with Agile development processes.
- Experience with working with vendors and managing projects to make sure deliverables are met with high quality.
- Experience working on Devops tools – Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, Security scan tools. Hands-on in JIRA for story/Epic/tasks creation.
- Experience with payment systems like Paypal, Venmo.
- Experience with sales ordering systems.
- Experience with managing projects which demand high revenue with limited budget and timelines.
- Good leadership and communication skills to be the bridge between business teams and development teams.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $108,800 and $202,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
