What you’ll be doing...

The Go-to-Market (GTM) organization is responsible for all internal marketing communications. We deliver flawless launch execution by anticipating the needs of the business and our customers.

As a manager of GTM, you are a leader that can innovate, design, implement and improve the technologies that drive the GTM machine. You will manage the user experience for all end-users of these tools to connect the marketing strategy to the consumer group. As a part of these tools, you will also manage our newest omni-channel communication platform, Discover Daily.

  • Creating the marketing story for our field teams and customers. Telling the story of why Verizon.
  • Overarching marketing communications and prioritization.
  • Strategic roadmap for communication tools.
  • Testing out new ideas.
  • Incorporating feedback into the GTM tools.
  • Partnering with the GTM leads identifying priority launches and alternatives for communication.
  • Ongoing enhancements / maintenance of Discovery Daily.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, orfour or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with digital marketing, marketing, and/or social media marketing

Even better if you have:

  • An advanced Marketing, Operations or Business degree.
  • Go-to-market or launch experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple assignments with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in support of the sales and service channels.
  • End to end execution experience and comfort digging deep to find new solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, writing and creative skills.
  • Experience with digital tools such as Photoshop, Adobe and InDesign
  • Proficiency in Google’s suite of tools.
