What you’ll be doing...

As our Senior Business Operations Analyst, also known as Budget Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing budget and financial specific tasks of varied responsibility, scope and complexity as well as coordination of programs and projects in support of organizational or area strategies as they relate to the organization’s capital budget.

  • Extensive budget knowledge specific to transmission electronics and Network Infrastructure.
  • Analyze trends, costs, and prepare complex capital budgets and is accountable for project or program results.
  • Analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors all while receiving broad guidance.
  • Conduct deep dive cost analysis, summarize findings, and prepare reports to senior management.
  • Exercise considerable judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Identifying big picture trends across one or more lines of business.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Proven ability to work with cross functional teams across all levels of the organization to optimize business results.
  • General familiarity with transmission electronics and telecom network construction terminology.
  • A broad range of skills within a professional discipline to effectively perform complex assignments.
  • Familiarity with principles, theories, concepts and technologies as well as applied knowledge of established procedures, policies and practices.
  • Extensive SAP experience.
  • Experience with complex tools and systems including; EMAG, M2M Management Tool, Fuze.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of AFE and Shopping Cart creation and management.
  • Proven ability to understand complex business plans and budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Proficiency in survey/call study design.
  • Ability to develop and present executive level reports and presentations.
