What you’ll be doing...

This is a Project Management opening on the Pre-RTC PM team in the Mountain Plains Submarket. This team is responsible to work closely with the RF, RE, Regulatory, Construction, Transport and Equipmentteams to ensure new macros, small cells and site modifications align with the budgetand POR goals. The qualified candidate must have the experience and skills necessary to lead and project manage a large number of wireless networkprojects.

  • Analyzing problems and identify effective solutions that keep projects moving and on schedule.
  • Working independently while being a great team player leading colleagues and coordinating efforts to ensure best outcomes.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple assignments and deliver on priorities while staying focused on important deadlines.
  • Maintaining effective leadership while working on very demanding projects.
  • Building relationships with a diverse range of people and explain complex technical issues in a way that everyone can understand.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in wireless network project implementation.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in FUZE SPM.
  • Experience in wireless Network Real Estate and Regulatory.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Quick and resourceful learner.
