What you’ll be doing...

This role will be responsible for managing the overall capital spend for all aspects of our build programs including; new cell site deployments, in-building solutions, 4G/5G small cell deployments, transport and other cell upgrades.

  • Coordinating cross functional work as required to collaborate with other teams in the Submarket including Real Estate, RF Design, Construction, Implementation, Operations, and System Performance.
  • Providing analytics associated with project costing and support budget creation or budget true-up exercises throughout the year.
  • Identifying budget gaps and evaluating impacts to each program.
  • Facilitating regular meetings to review status, gather updates and reporting results for monthly spend targets, quarterly reviews, plan of record meetings and project updates.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive capital spend plans and coordinating multiple teams across functional boundaries to deliver on monthly targets.
  • Analyzing spend and OCNR (Open Commits Not Receive) results, providing guidance to team members when variances to targets occur.
  • Leading teams through adoption of new purchasing processes such as Fuze PO module and 1ERP.
  • Providing reporting through Tableau or Fuze dashboards and drive improvements to overall forecasting.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project management experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Subject matter expertise in capital systems.
  • Experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office and/or Google equivalent.
  • Verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong skillset in critical thinking, problem solving, and influencing/motivating of non-direct reports.
  • Demonstrated strong ability to coordinate and work well within a team environment to meet common goals.
