What you’ll be doing...

This role will require data analysis, service management, technical and organizational skills, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced in the Unified Communication space. Must have proven service delivery background as well as a broad knowledge of both desktop and voice infrastructure. The Service Management function provides proactive services including metric production and analysis, problem analysis and service improvement. The Service Delivery Manager will have varied duties including oversight of implementation and migration programs as well as other telephony projects, product and project management.

  • Provides production and Project support of voice network, applications, UC, and cloud-based communication solutions and platforms.
  • Manages the design, documentation and creation of standard operating procedures and processes for operation and support for all collaborative technologies and activities
  • Manages communications requests, program needs assessments, project plans, budgets, schedules, internal and external resources.
  • Executes strategic decisions on vendors, technologies and the best solutions by researching and staying in the forefront of technology trends.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other scientific discipline or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Program/project management experience on large programs with multiple sub-projects.
  • Experience in the management and delivery of large scale Infrastructure Projects.
  • Experience leading/supporting all aspects of complex technical projects, including subsequent integration to a successful close.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of distributed, PC and network operating systems.
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of applications and related architecture across departments.
  • Knowledge of vendor management in the hosting, disaster recovery, IT services, and application support space.
  • Strong experience with flowcharting techniques and MS Visio.
  • Currently possess an active Secret Clearance.

  • Strong collaboration skills with business and technical groups.
  • PMP Certification.
