What you’ll be doing...

This position is responsible for duties within the IT procurement, reclamation, refurbishment and inventory management team.

  • Manage stocking of computers and peripherals.
  • Maintain inventory levels, identify when inventory levels are approaching the predefined thresholds.
  • Maintain organization of warehouse and shipping logistics.
  • Image and shipment of new hire, whole unit exchange and upgrade computers.
  • Troubleshoot failed imaging jobs.
  • Pack and ship Home Based Agent kits and deployment for new hires.
  • Ship whole unit exchange devices.
  • Manage the disposal and logistics of obsolete computers/peripherals using established processes.
  • Coordinate warranty repairs with OEM following established process.
  • Managing work in Service Now, monitor update and close tasks for fulfillment, reclamation, whole unit exchange.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Receive computers and peripherals back into inventory for reclamation.
  • Identify devices on legal hold and shipping to the legal team for data recovery.
  • Test for certification and redistribution.
  • Update state of returned device.
  • Refurbish (cleaning, repairing and imaging for redeployment) using predetermined criteria adding to inventory for contingency or donation.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and OS. Including Windows and iOS.
  • Experience with shipping, maintaining inventory levels.

Even better if you have:

  • Ability to be a team player and work collaboratively with others.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and related Windows-based software, G-Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments when required.
  • Communication (both written and verbal).
  • Experience handling customer escalations.
  • Familiarity with working with executive level staff.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong customer service skills.
