What you’ll be doing...

As a key member of the 5G Labs team you'll be crucial to day to day operations across our global locations. You will partner with our partnerships, programming, Innovation Center, and development teams to keep cross team operations flowing smoothly and proactively setting structure for success.

  • Portfolio and program managing a complex suite of projects across verticals.
  • Managing and tracking the team's overall budget.
  • Understanding, program managing, and orchestrating leadership updates across key KPI areas including dashboard creation and readouts.
  • Connecting prioritized outcomes against resource allocation to continue optimizing our portfolio of projects.
  • Capturing and prioritizing our agreement and legal pipeline.
  • Processing and following through our SOW creation, partner/vendor onboarding, accounts payable, and sourcing needs.
  • Performing Ad Hoc purchasing requirements, P/V Cards.
  • Providing team engagement and event management.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience with complex tools and systems including Jira, PeopleSoft, and other Verizon ERP systems.
  • Expertise with GSuite including sheets, slides, and docs.
  • Understanding expense card management processes.
  • Experience with Verizon's ERP systems, vendor onboarding, payment and sourcing processes, capital and expense policies.
  • Ability to manage financial and budget outlooks and reporting for the team.
  • Experience program managing and updating a portfolio of strategic projects on a weekly basis.
