What you’ll be doing...

The UC Project Manager is to serve as the primary technical liaison coordinating the development, implementation, and testing of required system integrations with system owners and system-wide stakeholders.

  • Coordinate resources, change control and manage deployments.
  • Understand and implement the technical requirements of UC projects, which include VoIP, Video, Presence, Mobile Device, Hosted Voice and Call Center Services, Collaboration Applications, and project leadership and management.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in the field, in positions of increasing complexity and/ or responsibility across a range of products.
  • Significant experience managing multiple large projects across an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with vendor management, project reporting, budget management and C-level interaction.
  • Knowledge of networks (LAN and WAN), DNS, TCIP/IP and other networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of server architecture, including Microsoft SQL server and Microsoft domain environments.
  • Currently possess an active Secret Clearance.

  • An advanced Degree.
  • PMP Certification.
