What you’ll be doing...

The prepaid CRM team is a part of the Prepaid Marketing Team within Verizon’s Consumer business unit. Our mission is to reduce churn, provide insights that facilitate easy, personalized interactions between Verizon and its customers and increase customer engagement. Our North Star is the customer experience. As part of the Verizon prepaid marketing team you will be responsible for driving improvements in our marketing operations approaches, tools and technology so we can continue to advance the success of our marketing efforts. People will look to you to provide the right tools and insights at their fingertips so that they can make even better business decisions. Because here, better matters.
The Logic Designer will design and review logic for new and existing offers using tools including Jira and the Pega Decision Service Management (DSM) function within the PegaSystems platform.

  • Using best practices to create and optimize RTD logic.
  • Designing, reviewing and deploying changes to existing offer logic.
  • Supporting testing and presentment of offers.
  • Working closely with Logic designers to improve the production launch cycle.
  • Validating proposition matrix accuracy as the team transitions to a workflow tool.
  • Tracking all changes using Jira and the Proposition Matrix master document.
  • Participating in Agile development scrum for the RTD platform.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in testing, business analysis, and/or workflow development.
  • Knowledgeof the Agile process and JIRA.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple, competing projects and meet project objectives for timeliness and accuracy.
  • Experience with at least one Campaign Management, Business Process Management, or Decisioning platform such as IBM Unica/Campaign/Interact, Salesforce, SAS RTIM, Teradata, Adobe, Oracle, etc.
  • Strong logical, analytical and creative problem solving skills.
  • Detailed understanding of VZW systems and how they work together to deliver and provision offers.
  • Experience with the PegaSystems platform.
  • Knowledge of SQL and XML.
