What you’ll be doing...

Working as a part of the central strategy team, the role requires you to primarily work with the senior leadership team and all functional teams to create, evaluate, implement, make improvements and govern organization-wide strategic initiatives. Program management skills along with a good grasp on startup engagement, innovation related programs would be a key requirement.


  • Engage with Firms/ Startups.
  • Connect/ Interact with industry firms, startup generalists.
  • Support strategic efforts to connect with startups, research firms etc. and track key deliverables.
  • Understanding the startup ecosystem.
  • Review and analyze information through different reports and researches.
  • Connect with partners to provide insights to leadership team on the startup ecosystem.
  • Drive startup initiatives to translate ideas to full-fledged product.
  • Develop and present recommendations for the management.
  • Track Industry happenings closely and analyze its impact.
  • Understand business landscape, create POVs on important trends and pain points.
  • Work closely with other innovation related programs and provide support towards solving business problems.
  • Identifying the information required to address these issues.
  • Manage and implementthe data collection process, analyzes the results, andcommunicate the findings and their implications.
  • Program management.
  • Responsible for bringing discipline and execution focus to the center priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, review cadence etc.
  • Operationalize and sustain processes that emerge out of Center priorities and other initiatives.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • A go-getter with strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently and drive issues to resolutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication skills - spoken and presentation(decks, insights,etc) skills

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • PMP or any equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a startup as a generalist or a previous role on startup engagement.
  • Consulting & Market Research experience preferred.
  • Telecom domain/industry exposure preferred.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work closely with Leaders and other key support functions in forming collaborative teams that help execute the center priorities.
