What you’ll be doing...

  • Provide Technical/Functional Subject Matter consultation during requirement analysis.
  • Own and drive high level design, working with Product owner, EAs and external application team SMEs.
  • Provide SME consultation for BAs during elaboration and user story creation.
  • Provide SME consultation for BAs on framing success criteria for user stories.
  • Provide necessary inputs and consultation for BAs on release notes.
  • Provide consultation to Delivery team on story grooming and prioritization necessary for every sprint.
  • Understand and orient the team on nonfunctional requirements such as performance improvements, exception handling etc.
  • Engage in periodic grooming of technical debt and drive towards an action plan.
  • Understand and track Operational KPIs on a release basis. Actionize on negative trends and keep the KPI on track.
  • Facilitate regular touch points with interfacing teams to enable collaboration, knowledge sharing and quality delivery.
  • Onboard team with COE Best Practice recommendations and ensure delivery abides by them.
  • Provide Consultation to the Testing team on test plan review and sign off.
  • Provide Consultation to the Testing team on test data set up review and sign off.
  • Help complete the Release playbook well ahead of the release and ensure it’s executed during the release.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of specific work experience with Pega Decisioning and Marketing capabilities.
  • Pega Certified – CLSA, CPDC, and CSSA & CSA.
  • Experience with Pega Decisioning and marketing modules (CDH).
  • Knowledge of PRPC applications including gathering of requirements, Class structure, Rules Sets structure, and organization structure, identification of Properties and design of Flows based on the requirements, Integration & Queues.
  • Knowledge of PEGA Guardrails.
  • Experience with Java and Oracle technologies.
  • Knowledge of using debugging tools like PAL and Tracer.
  • Knowledge of Automated Unit testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile process.

Even better if you have:

  • Master's in Computer Applications.
  • Experience working in at least one complete medium to large scale enterprise Pega project.
  • Exposure to Agile Scrum / SmartBPM practices and methodology.
  • Experience in Flows, Activities and User Interfaces.
  • Knowledge of PRPC Best Practices, Estimation, Task Scheduling, Risk Assessment, IT Quality Practices.
  • Experience with the following: Pega User interface, different kinds of Pega rule models, DSM, Pega Process Models, Pega Web Service, Pega LDAP setups, Pega Connectors and knowledge of Single sign-on models.
  • Worked on PRPC versions of 8 and above, Knowledge on Pega customer service.
