What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for End to End Ownership of multiple Web Applications used in Call Center. These applications are in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, .NET, ExtJS, Angular and J2EE stacks.

  • Leading 40 and more team members including managers.
  • Delivering business programs part of planned releases
  • Driving innovation to drive better agent experience.
  • Driving Omni solutions between Assisted and Digital channels
  • Leading large programs across director organization.
  • Representing team and present program status in leadership forums.
  • Talent development of the team.
  • Leading organization wide people initiatives.
  • Driving engagement within team and with business organization.
  • Partnering with Vendors and drive delivery from partner organizations.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Five years of experience in Web applications.
  • Two years of experience in Agile Projects.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience in design of Enterprise applications.
  • Experience leading large scale Web programs.
  • Experience leading innovative solutions in Web Technology space.
  • Good understanding and experience of AWS, Devops and Security in web Applications.
  • Experience in presenting in external forums.
