What you’ll be doing...

You will be a senior data engineer in the Artificial Intelligence and Data Organization (AI&D), contributing and ensring the development to deliver of Data Enablement on Enterprise Digital Twin platform. You will design and development of high profile projects aiming at network planning, churn reduction, customer acquisition and customer upselling; manage data engineering NSA model through implementation initiatives including manipulating and analyzing complex data, transforming information into insights and presenting recommendations to key stakeholders.

You will analyze complex business problems to provide strategic and actionable business insights with the overarching goal to reduce operational risk across the enterprise as well as design the architecture, development, testing and implementation of Big Data and Real Time data ETL processes.You will collaborate and strategize with other data engineering professionals to share analysis, solutions, data structures and resources to minimize redundancies and improve efficiencies across the organization. You will partner cross-functionally to leverage channel, customer, marketing, and systemic information to bring additional meaning and insights to the customer service metrics/reporting.

  • Build and maintain Enterprise Level Standard Digital Twin Data Pipe-Lines.
  • Build analytical solutions to enable Data Scientists by manipulating large data sets and integrating diverse data sources including real time.
  • Guide/Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop reproducible analytical approaches to meet business requirements.
  • Perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics and other methods.
  • Use complex algorithms to develop systems & applications that deliver business functions or architectural components.
  • Work closely with the data scientists, and database and systems administrators to create data solutions.
  • Follow best practices on design and implementation to aid in company-wide data governance.
  • Improve existing data pipelines by simplifying and increasing performance.
  • Design, build, and deploy new data pipelines within Big Data Eco-Systems.
  • Document new/existing pipelines, Data Sources and Data Sets.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Fouror more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in designing, building, and deploying production-level data pipelines using tools from Hadoop stack (HDFS, Hive, Spark, HBase, Kafka, NiFi, Oozie, Splunk etc.).
  • Experience with SQL databases and Change Data Capture.
  • Experience and strategies to deal with mutable data in Hadoop.
  • Experience with Real Time Stream data platform including Audio/Video data analytics platforms.
  • Experience of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience in programming in Python and Scala.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Big Data/AI/ML architectures, solutions, trends, frameworks, to be able to troubleshoot issues, validate solutions, recommend and implement architectural improvements.
  • Good conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
