We are connecting businesses with their field teams and improving efficiency and improving service levels for our business customers. You’ll be managing strategic projects that will ultimately drive outstanding customer happiness for our business customers. You’ll bring together cross-functional teams across geographic regions to work together to implement programs to make us deliver even better solutions and service to our customers.

  • Leading high visibility strategic projects.
  • Forging cross-functional partnerships to get to the work done.
  • Crafting detailed project plans and presenting business updates.
  • Identifying global resource requirements and pulling in the right people.
  • Developing, reviewing, and continuously improving processes.
  • Monitoring project progress, anticipating and reducing risk.

What we’re looking for...

People come to you for advice and counsel. You are a highly effective communicator and listen with both your eyes and ears. You value diverse perspectives and seek out different points of view when trying to solve a complex problem. Obstacles are puzzles you’d like to solve. You’re not afraid to speak your mind and know it’s better to call attention to something before it gets out of hand. You have a sense of urgency and deliver on-time, on-budget results. You keep the big picture in focus as you handle the details on the way to the finish line.
You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in a program manager role.
  • Managed large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.
  • Prince 2 qualification.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master’s degree. Ideally, in project management.
  • Managed projects with PMI or MSP methodologies.
  • Certification in PMP and/or MSP.
  • Practical knowledge of PPM tools.
  • Motivated and influenced teams to deliver outcomes and results.
