What you’ll be doing...

Incorporate the latest industry/Verizon standards and be the Subject Matter Expert for the NRB, Executives and CFT. An example is the evolution of our automation architecture from Virtual Machine to EdgeAI Kubernetes. You will work cross-functionally, translate requirements into standards, processes, systems/tools/reporting, and methods of procedures. Seamlessly translate complex customer network issues resolution into requirements. Automate processes where we can. You will create document and guidelines for business as usual processes across Verizon organizations

  • Conduct Bots maintenance.
  • Build frameworks.
  • Provide user interface design and API integration.
  • Be responsible for admin central logs and reporting.
  • Perform analytics to review multiple facets of network issues causing customer pains.
  • Resolve complex customer network issues, with the creation and implementation of reliable & efficient automated solutions.
  • Create an evaluation, criteria, technique and projects to gain results for the end-to-end process. - Create best practices.
  • Provide scripting and architecture solutions to a diverse range of complex large-scale issues.
  • Select methods and techniques for solving problems, utilizing established and newly developed solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers.
  • Perform code reviews.
  • Delegate work requirements and direct team to complete work and meet program objectives.
  • Be responsible for cross-functional and executive updates/communication.
  • Make independent decisions with a significant impact to the business; exercises judgment in developing new work methods with accountability for project or program results.
  • Resolve complex problems, with minimal directions from the manager for requirements and strategic objectives.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Javascript experience.
  • Python and packages experience.
  • Kubernetes experience.
  • Dockers/Containers experience.
  • VM experience.
  • Linux experience.
