What you’ll be doing...

  • Lead and drive the development of deliverables to ensure high quality/on time delivery and thorough unit testing, tracking them end-to-end.
  • Driving the fixing of testing/production defects/performance optimizations/proof of concepts and identify/implement opportunities for automation.
  • Striving in understanding the requirements clearly from stakeholders/business (onshore/offshore) and provide any relevant support required.
  • Interacting with required external system partners, onshore counterparts and business partners to drive requirements and be responsible for detailed design of deliverables.
  • Raising red flag for roadblocks/challenges to stakeholders/business (onshore/offshore) and get it resolved on time with regular follow ups.
  • Demonstrating accountability and integrity towards work and presenting accurate work statuses and program statuses with clarity to stakeholders (onshore/offshore) and leadership team.
  • Driving the identification and fixing of security vulnerabilities in SDLC and get them fixed on time.
  • Working closely with stakeholders (onshore/offshore) to understand business behind deliverables, demonstrating team spirit, seek and provide feedback.
  • Understanding the metrics behind the capabilities delivered and help in identification of new metrics.
  • Understanding the architecture/business process flows clearly and function as a SME with ability to clarify any business flow/functionality/architecture related questions in your domain.
  • Driving code analysis and process improvements by doing root cause analysis.
  • Contributing towards Salesforce COE with presentations and suggestions. Involve in leading and driving development towards any common functionality as part of Salesforce COE.
  • Understanding Promethean Adventures, DevOps and provide suggestions and drive implementation towards standardization/involve in any relevant activities based on need.
  • Being an Agile team member, attending internal sync ups and team meetings on time, providing feedback and asking the right questions to get clarifications..
  • Working closely with the junior team members, constantly mentoring and guiding them to get work completed.
  • Responsible for following Salesforce best practices and enforcing data quality policies.
  • Being a socially responsible member of Verizon, actively participating or coordinating events.
  • Updating timesheets accurately and without follow ups.
  • Presenting in Ideathon, Hackathon and other events conducted within Verizon.
  • Being a continuous learner by constantly upskilling in Salesforce managed packages and other emerging technologies. Share knowledge acquired with the team.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with all phases of end-to-end project life cycle, such as (but not limited to): Development, unit testing and bug fixing.
  • Experience in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce.

  • Experience in LWC.
  • Knowledge of working in CPQ/CLM.
  • Problem solving, analytical, and research capabilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to learn new technologies.
