What you’ll be doing...

You will be a second level engineer in a Network Operations Center dedicated to a global finance sector customer. Join a team of experts, grow your knowledge through hands-on experience managing Data Center and branchLANs including Nexus switches, ACI, Wireless LAN and more. Use this great opportunity to build a career in Verizon, as member of a specialist team supporting a major key account customer!

  • Deep-dive into a highly custom environment, process and organization structure.
  • Troubleshoot incidents escalated to you by the first line team.
  • Prepare, peer-review, defendand implement simple and standard changes.

What we’re looking for...

You´ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
  • CCNA certified or exceeding knowledge of networks.
  • Experience with basic ITIL principles.
  • Experience in troubleshooting.
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Solid organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in ACI or Data Center LAN management.
  • Experience utilizing the ITIL change management process.
  • CCNP certification.
  • Experience working with a ticketing system.
