What you’ll be doing...

  • You will be part of Verizon Consumer Group and primarily you will be focusing on Production Monitoring, Defect Triaging, Customer Experience Testing for the Digital applications M.Dot, D.Dot, T.Dot, Native Application.
  • Always be a focus on Customer experience perspective and proactively work on Monitoring, Triaging.
  • Understand the customer challenges and work on the Customer Experience Frictions on Digital platforms using a combination of technical solutions and a robust set of Processes.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience
  • One or more years of work experience in Information technology.
  • Experience in ELK Stack, Grafana, SQL, Java, J2EE, JQuery, JSON, XML, React JS, Microservices, SOAP, AWS.
  • Experience in JIRA, Agile, Devops, Automation.

Even better if you have:

  • Master's degree.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
