Development of logging capabilities using Elasticsearch, Logstash, fluentd, and Kibana all tied together by Kafka and augmented with Apache Pulsar. These systems are already in production and constantly being enhanced and updated in our labs.

  • Develop and evolve the Architecture of VCP Monitoring Stack used as a common monitoring infrastructure across all flavors of VCP.
  • Develop and validate designs (delivered as code) for implementation of VCP Monitoring Stack to Build and Run teams.
  • Leverage Operations Automation thinking to develop design output for automated deployment.
  • Promote the use of CNCF cloud-native monitoring technologies within the VNF/CNF vendor ecosystem.
  • Respond to requests for technical information from internal business partners.
  • Develop technology solutions using various industry products and technologies.
  • Engage in technical problem solving across multiple domains; often needed to develop new capabilities applicable to the situation.
