What you’ll be doing...

This is an opportunity to be an essential, highly visible, member of the Federal Public Sector sales operations team, responsible for contributing to the success of the Federal Public Sector sales organization through strategy and execution.

In this role, you will provide direct Operations support and guidance to the Senior Vice President of Public Sector sales from within the Executive Operations team.

In this role:

  • You will travel with and attend employee experience roundtables with the SVP and extended leadership team, identifying opportunities for improvement and aligning other teams to action items.

  • You will provide support and guidance on initiatives including but not limited to launches, promo support, employee experience and culture, recognition programs, and processes and procedure.

  • You will assist in creating Executive facing presentations for our Executive sales leadership team.

  • You will be responsible for developing, writing, and communicating to the Public Sector Sales team in partnership, and on behalf of, the Senior Vice President.

  • You will ensure other business groups are aligned on and understand the priorities of the business.

  • You will drive multiple projects from strategy to execution in a highly detailed and organized way.

  • You will analyze sales data to drive accurate forecasting and funnel management, and find opportunities for efficiency.

  • You’ll be on the lookout for ways to improve the team’s reporting, analysis, performance metrics, and sales outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Willingness to travel

  • Broad industry knowledge of business operations

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent oral and written communications

  • Strong presentation skills and comfort participating in Executive level presentations

  • Ability to analyze information and work various reporting systems such as Salesforce, DAPR, etc.

  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides/Sheets/Drive, and Slack

Even better if you have:

  • Public Sector experience

  • Experience developing complex projects, from strategy to execution, with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience in implementing operational processes and/or strategy with documented successful results.

  • Experience in a matrixed organization structure and the ability to influence up, down, and across groups.
