What you’ll be doing...

You'll be responsible for the planning and operation of Verizon’s B2B Trade In Program and promotional roadmaps. You will be primarily tasked with managing trade in requirements and lifecycle as well as implementing offers through various internal systems in coordination with cross functional teams. You will partner hand-in-hand with Finance, IT, Sales Operations, channel leads, and front-line representatives to perfect the process and experiences of trade-in and promotions.

  • Completing user stories, checklists, and Ops briefs required to create and operationalize trade in projects and systems, and all B2B offers.
  • Taking trade in and promotions through GTM while aligning with business channels on needs and variances, and build offers accordingly, work with Ops teams to test offers and troubleshoot problems ahead of commercial launch.
  • Product managing trade in and promotions through Go-to-Market, Integrated Marketing, and L&D ensuring working teams fully understand the customer experience for all offers.
  • Representing Device Marketing on GTM and IM calls to answer questions from the business and address concerns as needed.
  • Managing a weekly cadence with HQ and Market leadership on status, results, and costs and run rates. Working with the frontline to get feedback and discover new promo requests.
  • Designing and implementing trade in and promotions to combat churn, grow B2B base and increase profitability of the B2B segment.
  • Working back with leadership, frontline, Promo team and operations to design the right trade-in promo for the business customer.
  • Developing new opportunities for future promotional concepts by scoping out requirements and aligning with the business on the cost to build and priority in the development funnel.

You’ll need to have:

  • This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Promotions or product experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers.
  • Experience forecasting and reporting financials.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or four or more years of work experience.
  • A degree, MBA or Master’s.
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience outlining issues/challenges, while offering viable solutions and recommendations.
  • Problem solving and organization skills.
  • Experience presenting findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
  • Experience analyzing what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
  • Experience juggling multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
