What you’ll be doing...

The work you’ll be doing will support Chatbot applications that allow our customers to manage their accounts through self-service, shop for new services and monitor their usage. When these applications are working well, they are an important part of the overall customer experience. You’ll lead projects, code, and develop the APIs and SDKs to integrate all that we do with our internal and external clients and OEMs. You will collaborate with various internal teams on new technologies to make it easy for our customers to do business with us.

  • Leading modules using on-site and off-shore resources to maintain and develop applications for both enterprise releases and smaller maintenance releases.
  • Agile working on project requirements and conducting impact analyses.
  • Working closely with the business team, 3rd party vendors, and other internal IT teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Performing engineering tasks associated with the analysis, design, and development of the chatbot application.
  • Leading the modules from design to development for both enterprise releases and smaller maintenance releases for chatbot space for customers and Agents.
  • Driving the NSA chatbot programs on sales service and Agent spaces with employee and GDM team members with analysis of metrics and keen knowledge of the KPI's involved. Responsible for enhancing the chatbot flow by looking at fallouts and customer journey.
  • Working closely with the business team, 3rd party vendors, and other internal IT teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Performing hands-on coding work on projects to add/edit chatbot flows, introduce new modular, reusable Service/API or enhance the existing ones as per code quality standards.
  • Learn other technologies involved as part of the project development.

What we’re looking for...

You would be supporting the conversational space in Verizon on Chatbot. You would be owning programs that are Customer facing and agent facing and you would be owning the delivery from inception till production monitoring and driving incremental value with enhancements.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of experience on the chatbot domain. Two or more hands on experience on building Bot with Google Dialog flow V2 or V3 for enterprises.
  • Three or more years of experience with J2EE and Java technologies, Spring boot or Spring React, and server backend with API development.
  • Three or more years of working experience with OOP, SOA, modular code development, micro services, design pattern, multi-threading.
  • Three or more years of experience with JUnit/TestNG, Maven, Oracle, UNIX.
  • Three or more years of experience in enterprise-class software development and agile methodology.

Even better if you have:

  • Master's degree.
  • Knowledge on Google CCAI, Voice bots (alexa) and Bot Training & Fallout Management.
  • Experience on chatbot with AR/VR and Face to Voice technologies.
  • Knowledge on Live Person vendor and Agent domain experience.
  • Knowledge on UI scripting technologies - ReactJS or Angular JS or python.
  • Experience with Devops frameworks like - Jenkins. Ansible, AWS, EKS, Docker.
