What you’ll be doing...

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste, proactieve en gedreven Inside Sales Medewerker. Je speelt een essentiële rol bij het behalen van onze ambitieuze doelstellingen voor klantenwerving en boekingengroei. Je moet gewend zijn om dagelijks telefoongesprekken te voeren, interesse te wekken, prospects te identificeren. Je weet het overzicht te bewaren in een hectische omgeving.

What we’re looking for...

We zoeken iemand met:

• Een MBO werk- of denkniveau of relevante werk ervaring.
• Beschikking over Nederlandse taal vloeiend.
• De potentie om kansen te ontwikkelen door potentiële accounts te identificeren en te onderzoeken, nieuwe accounts te ontwikkelen, relaties op te bouwen, technische informatie en uitleg te geven en offertes op te stellen.
• Oplossingsgericht denkvermogen.
• Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
• Een proactieve werkhouding.

Of zelfs beter als je het volgende hebt:

• Solutions selling ervaring.
• Ervaring in het opbouwen van netwerken.
• Goede doorzettingsvermogen.
• Ervaring in een binnendienst sales rol.
• Vermogen om met afwijzing en stress in gesprekken met klanten om te gaan.
• Positief ingesteld.
