What you’ll be doing...

The One Message team is working on many business initiatives to keep the customers updated with all account level activities and business changes. The organization is a key enabler in customer engagement and driving transformation.

  • Run and operate the business changes, run DTPs for Verizon employees and Vendors in a distributed working environment.Acting as communication platform subject matter expert with understanding on Wireless consumer domain.

Participating in external peer-to-peer conversations and industry events relevant to work responsibilities.

Driving the strategic vision for communication modernization as a functional expertise on wireless platforms.

Identify and support new business and organic growth opportunities. [Increase sales, use company’s own resources]

Support manager in managing campaign costs and support invoicing, ensuring profitability.

Develop estimates and scopes by engaging across disciplines with regard to client deliverables.

Update and maintain client status reports, including objectives, deadlines and budgets.

Assist with creative brief development, execution and follow up, as identified.

Responsible for driving VCG and VBG business stories and MR and ERs

Run retrospection calls after releases, consolidate and monitor metrics and report to the stakeholders.

Work with RTEs as a Business analyst and help the development, testing and other members to get clarify their business requirements doubts

Responsible for Overall release tracking and reporting

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

• Three or more years of Project Management experience.

• Four or more years of experience with business analyst role

• Knowledge of Gsuite applications and JIRA.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and stakeholdering capability, and the ability to influence cross functionally.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Good team player and collaboration across teams.

• Certification on Agile /Any Agile Certification.
