What you’ll be doing...


  • Member of Customer Experience and Performance engineering teams, handling many mission critical and business critical applications. Would be primarily responsible for the implementation of next generation technologies in performance engineering area.
  • Certifying cloud migration in terms of performance and stability of applications, implementing open source software and replace with commercial software.
  • Responsible for infrastructure and Profiling ( Web,App,Network ) techniques.
  • Developing, executing load testing scripts.
  • Analyzing application, Infrastructure and Network Performance.
  • Working on method level profiling.
  • Working on Spring boot JAVA Micro services Bottleneck analysis.
  • Working on K8 and AWS EKS.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of Load runner/Jmeter/ Neoload work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience working on Python.
  • Four or more yearsof experience advanced load test results analysis.
  • Four or more years of experience in end-to-end performance engineering.
  • Four or more years of experience in DevOps using Jenkins for performance engineering.
  • Two or more years of experience in AWS public loud.
  • Two or more years of experience in configuring and creating dynamic load generators using Ansible playbooks.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science
  • Work experience method level profiling.
  • AWS EKS.
  • Experience in Docker.
  • Experience in Kubernetes.
  • Experience Page Response Time - Customer Experience – ( Tools Like Catch point/Site speed or equivalent )
