What you’ll be doing...

  • Managing a team of specialists & consultants; drive them effectively in delivering high quality solutions to the field.
  • Identifying insights and creating newer technology solutions for better and efficient systems.
  • Responsible for driving portfolio reports, trackers, tools, dashboards and automation of reporting requirements
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop systems that provide better experience to end users and customers and help in resolving business problems.
  • Solving issues that are new and unique, which will provide opportunity to innovate.
  • Articulating the software solutions, problems and ideas to the leadership team and peers, and being able to influence the outcome.
  • Delving into unknown technical territories and finding the right solution.
  • Interacting with the vendor and user communities.
  • Adopting a consulting led approach and becoming a trusted advisor to the management.
  • Adhering to industry standards and best practices and understanding emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve the systems, application, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Collaborating with partners from multiple functions to drive initiatives and improve employee and stakeholder experience

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in consulting.
  • Three or more years of people management experience - directly or indirectly.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience presenting compelling business cases, business performance results, and recommendations.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master’s in Business Administration.
  • Experience on BI visualization tools.
  • Telecom domain/industry exposure.
  • High proficiency levels on MS Excel/ Powerpoint/ Gsuite.
  • Experience designing and setting up multi-functional programs to drive operational efficiency.
  • Program management certifications like PMP etc.
  • Experience driving change management at organizational level.
  • Experience in ETL, Data visualization tools
  • Gather raw data from stakeholders and prepare metrics to share with BU Leaders
