What you’ll be doing...

  • Site design and consulting with Professional Services before a camera deployment.
  • Configuration design document preparation.
  • Comprehensive configuration tasks after camera deployment, configuration review and peer review.
  • Analytic accuracy measurement, end-to-end testing participation.
  • Customer handover document preparation.
  • Comprehensive documentation of a newly deployed site.
  • Video data collection, data management.
  • Close cooperation with the Student Team, task coordination and trainings.
  • Product support.
  • Administration of customer needs and possible solutions with the task management system of the employer, proactive development of established work methods.
  • Building of the written knowledgebase.
  • Responding to technical and sales requests according to internal regulations.
  • Actively and proactively participates at the discussions of the different technical teams and identifies the tasks that belong to the VA Support team.
  • Consulting the engineering teams in case the assistance exceeds the scope of second-line support;
  • Writing documentation as needed.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in administrative type of work.
  • User-level technological experience in Computer Vision.
  • Project management experience.
