What you’ll be doing...

We innovate constantly to help the biggest names in business work quicker and smarter, and we apply the same vision and focus to the way we do business. Billing our customers accurately is a vital part of the customer experience. You’ll be working to support critical financial operations as part of our Cost Assurance team. Our Finance function is one of the best in the business and you can be part of it.

  • Performing monthly audits on payments, reconciliations, and accruals and reporting analysis to manager.
  • Performing detailed analysis and ad hoc reporting for daily operations.
  • Provide analytical support for legal and regulatory departments for litigations, complaints and other policy agendas.
  • Providing financial analysis support to various internal teams including Carrier Management and Accounting.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll be detail-oriented and analytical, enjoying getting to the root cause of issues. Working with others on continuous operational improvement will be a key driver for you to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and ultimately deliver a seamless process for the customer. You’ll also have strong verbal and written communication skills.
You'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in contract and tariff interpretation, and negotiation.
  • Experience in Telco Expense audits.
