What you’ll be doing...

The Technical Engineer will service as SME managing Phygital solutions like Touchless efforts, Express Store, Vending machines/lockers projects where you will be responsible for all business/technical analysis, manage fast paced high visibility digital epics/programs like Product Detail Page redesign, Effortless digital, collaborate with other systems and technical leads, as well as business partners, to drive meaningful strategic decisions. The role encompasses analysis, functional design and project management and demands successful execution with solid decisions, organization & strong leadership skills which is critical.

  • Collect client requirements and performs analysis for small & medium sized projects.
  • Analyze problems that impact projects.
  • Coordinate the tasks associated with enterprise release. Including, but not limited to, defect tracking, project tracking and reporting; and representing Assisted Sales & Service team.
  • Partner with senior analysts on project management activities such as planning and sizing.
  • Act as administrator and Assisted/Digital Sales contact for Clarity enhancements and maintenance, if needed.
  • Proactively communicates status reports and issues to manager.
  • Work on a fast paced environment supporting multiple projects/features/capabilities.
  • Partner with release management on scheduled ER/MRs.
  • Partner with senior project managers on iconic release efforts.

This role will be based out of one of the locations listed in the posting. In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience as a Business / Systems Analyst in a large applications team.
  • JIRA Story grooming and release planning experience, creation of dashboards, etc.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Hands on experience to Agile Software Methodologies; Scrum certified or any Agile certification.
  • Experience with applications written in Java / J2EE / web based applications.
  • Retail store experience / knowledge of point of sale applications.
  • Experience with Clarity, Confluence, and G Suite.
  • Good project management and analytical skills.
  • Strong business knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Some knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures.
  • Willing to learn new technologies/systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
