VISIBLE is looking for an engineer who is interested in working on new technologies by building Infrastructure as a code. Your role will involve acting as an Infrastructure Security Engineer of the Visible GCP Platform. Responsible for the overall stability/availability of the Visible Infrastructure and Security of Applications running on the Platform. You will be working on enhancing the monitoring capabilities of the Visible Infrastructure using various tools and also incorporate AI/ML opportunities in keeping the Infrastructure costs down. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Development team members and work closely to provide guidance in the areas of Infrastructure and Security. The infrastructure - Security Engineer will be working on the Google Cloud platform and various SaaS platforms like SalesForce/Vlocity and Matrixx OCS Systems. Your important work will help us deliver a highly stable and available platform to delight our customers.
Work closely with existing Global Support Teams.

• Ensure high availability, stability and security of the Visible Infrastructure and Application platforms.
• Build Infrastructure as Code using Automation Tools and Best Practices.
• Enhance / Improve and secure the GCP Infrastructure and Application Components.
• Perform Kubernetes implementation across various environments if applicable.
• IVM / AVM Management for the Application Components.
• Utilize knowledge in Enterprise Level Applications related to Infrastructure and Security.
• Utilize knowledge in GCP / Nessus / Fortify / ZAP / AI / ML / Splunk Tools.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Four or more years of experience in Infrastructure support and security.
• Good knowledge of Software secure delivery Life Cycle and firewall management.
• Working knowledge of host vulnerability scanning, Experience with Fortify, Nessus, and ZAP Tools.
• Good knowledge of SIEM and CDN.
• Experience in hosting web servers with Apache, RedHat Linux, and Tomcat.
• Experience in a message queuing platform like IBM MQ.
• Good knowledge of APIGEE and java.
• Hands-on experience in querying logs in Splunk.
• Infrastructure Architecture Exposure.
• Experience working with Google cloud platforms with Kubernetes Knowledge.
• Knowledge in working JIRA / Confluence.

Even better you have one or more of the following:

• Software secure delivery Life Cycle.
• Experience in configuration management using Gitlab / Ansible.
