What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for a Senior Lead to join the Verizon Technical Field Operations Team. You will be working on the Verizon Customer experience platform which is responsible for production support of all customer channel transactions with Verizon including Sales and Services. The Engineer will identify opportunities in existing customer business processes to architect and design RPA frameworks/technology. Design, develop, and deploy RPA technology solutions that will interact with customer systems to automate business processes.

  • Provide Application production support that includes monitoring, quick investigation and resolution of issues.
  • Identify the gaps in monitoring and help add needed dashboards and alerts.
  • Produce RPA Documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine the automated processes.
  • Ensure high quality standards of the deliverable by doing thorough code reviews and monitoring KPIs to ensure the Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Analysis and design for products and related services, also responsible for product stability.
  • Automate AYS tickets using AI/ML/NLP and RPA technologies.
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Client's RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and visualization tools such as ELK, New Relic, Wily.
  • Experience with Java programming language, Spring, Web Services, Java Script (React JS/Angular JS).

Even better if you have:

  • Experience with Microservices, Springboot and middleware technologies and architecture.
  • Experience in mentoring others in creation and implementation of automated solutions.
  • Experience with AI/ML and NLP technology.
  • Experience in RPA development using any leading RPA product, NLP technologies.
  • Experience building complex automations using UIPath or Automation Anywhere.
  • WS certification.
  • UIPath Certification or Advanced Diploma from UIPath Academy.
  • Experience using DEVOPS tools including Jira, GIT, Jenkins and/or Confluence.
  • Experience with relational data bases; Oracle DB or Postgres.
  • Knowledge of key AWS architecture: EC2, ELB, RDS, S3 and Cloud Watch.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently or in team settings on complex production issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, equally comfortable communicating with technical peers or business partners.
  • Experience with AWS and supporting cloud based applications.
  • Experience supporting vendor supported applications.
  • Experience with Service Now and change management.
  • Experience with system and application monitoring tools.
