What you’ll be doing...

The purpose of the VZC Sales Operations organisation is to drive increased sales revenue through the SMB direct sales segment, products and geographies, through optimised customer acquisition, expansion and renewal. We measure success in increased sales productivity day-over-day, month-over-month and year over year.

This role provides the sales organisation with information, content, and tools that help them sell

more effectively. Even an extremely talented rep can improve their results and rankings with the

help of better tools, superior training, and more intel surrounding the customers they engage with.

You will be responsible for driving sales productivity by identifying areas of improvement, using

data and facts to guide decision making and enabling reps to execute more effectively. You will

also be removing any barriers that might block the sales funnel and inhibit a seamless selling

process. You are the one that your team depends on to guide them towards optimum sales

opportunities and help them monitor their success and achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performs advanced analysis to uncover root causes and solutions to drive efficiency within the sales teams. Includes local reporting, analysis, and requests such as: updates local SFDC dashboard and views; local reporting requests; SLAs and efficiency of Sales Ops Cases; and overall Center Ops effectiveness.
  • Partners directly with the VZ Connect Sales Leadership to assess and evaluate SMB and MIC segment-specific needs and strategies.Implements and manages high-impact, scalable & best-practice sales solutions for the sales teams.
  • Enables Sales teams to reach revenue targets by quickly responding to requests via Sales Ops Cases to ensure the continuous and equitable flow of leads and accounts to the sales teams both by manual assignment and through automated tools, as well as questions and concerns from the sales team that could impact their selling ability.
  • Champions an environment that encourages thoughtful communication that is driven by a strongunderstanding of Sales Team needs. Strengthens communication within aligned sales team leadership as well as other business partners, such as PM, BI, Rev Ops, SVT, Marketing, and L&D.
  • Leveraging consistent teamwork that includes planning next steps and dividing responsibility to establish and build best initiatives quickly. Developing solutions that incorporate strategic direction to better the productivity of our sales teams. Aligning with Ops partners globally to build scalable solutions.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, SharePoint.
  • Knowledge in service applications for collaboration and work management platforms.

Even better if youhave one or more of the following:

  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business or related fields
  • Adept at problem solving and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness in work
  • Experience operating in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to tight schedules
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
