What you’ll be doing...

The work you’ll be doing will support an application suite for our Consumer and Business customers. When these applications are performing well, they are an important part of the overall customer experience. You will work closely with stake holders to streamline development and deliver secure solutions and monitor the health and performance of the application suite. The solutions you implement will help meet our customer’s needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.

  • Develop and implement changes for maximizing operational efficiency , profitability and key application throughput measures.
  • Delivering the business critical projects related to Billing & formatting application of System of Record Organization.
  • Address and resolve all issues concerning to transformational program development as well as post production implementation , identifying a remedial plan in case of issues, help in recovery management and helping schedule critical items in overall release schedule by prioritization .
  • Monitor key metrics and develop action plans for efficient project development and delivery.
  • Contribute to implement best practices and procedures to enhance business growth.
  • Develops in depth architecture standards, frameworks and design patterns.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in the technology space and has a strong understanding of the product roadmap, trends and industry practices.
  • Suggest and implement new proposals and technology to enhance business productivity including automation , process enhancements and business enhancements.
  • Collaborate with functional units of an organization to integrate new or existing services.
  • Manage Application Ticket services to ensure they meet client/customer expectations and requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive trust relationship with key stakeholders across IT and Frontline teams.
  • Lead efforts for technology evaluations, scoring products against the desired features and on board new technology solutions.
  • Liaise with the IT teams and stake holders.
  • Create and implementattools to enhance application development effectiveness
  • Ensure completing the deliverablesin a timely and effective manner within SLA .

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in telecom Billing and Formatting systems and knowledge on its architectures, technologies, terminology and implementations.
  • Good functional knowledge on Billing and Formatting system to support as SME for migration project.
  • Good knowledge on Java Spring Batch, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud.
  • Good knowledge of DB2, Cassandra &Oracle databases.
  • Experience in a technology industry preferably as part of application development .
  • Knowledge of SDLC process.
  • Experience in software development industry concepts, tool and techniques.

  • Ability to work with Application Leads and stake holders to ensure smooth application delivery.

  • Knowledge of K2View Fabric Broadway tool.
  • Knowledge of AGILE delivery model.
