What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join the Frontline Experience IT Team. You will be coordinating requirements for Frontline Experience Sales channels in GTS, working on multiple projects at the same time along with different deliverables targeted between enterprise releases.

  • Drive business transformation and technology innovation through development of project plans and business analysis
  • Apply technical knowledge to drive solutions
  • Work with a team of IT and business stakeholders to provide design and solutions, keeping customer experience and business priorities in mind
  • Provide project status update to stake holder this will include - decisions on alignment of changes, milestones to meet business priorities, any project jeopardies
  • Actively working & participate in grooming calls, gather requirements, develop and enhance design, follow through with QA team to ensure proper testing and delivery to production
  • Continuous engagement with business partners/stakeholders on the user stories requirements, implementing a cutting edge design of multiple systems involvement
  • Partner with developers both onshore & offshore for a continuous delivery, coordinating them from different teams with multiple delivery heads/POD leads
  • Act as a liaison between dev & testers across channels, seeding agile mindset concepts, growing them into continuous incremental most viable product deliverables
  • Effectively share information of project reporting dashboards including glidepaths, metrics, burn down graphs, progression trackers
  • Provide/ensure all customer journey requirements on ordering process for Upgrading & Add a lines flows, whereever applicable
  • Leverage leadership skills and solid decision making governance to do a better project management
  • Collaboratewith cross functional teams and technical leads on a scrum of scrum scaled agile basis controlling the whole epic activity
  • Consult with Architecture team to ensure the solutions selected follow the technology stack selected by the team and their recommendations
  • Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex business problems using a mix of established & newly developed solutions
  • Responsible for selecting methods and techniques for solving problems

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Experience as a Business / Systems Analyst in a large applications team
  • Experience with applications written in Java / J2EE / web based applications
  • Retail store experience / knowledge of point of sale applications
  • Experience withAgile Software Methodologies
  • Scrum certified or any agile certification
  • JIRA Story grooming and release planning experience, creation of dashboards
  • Experience inAssisted Sales Front line experience
  • Solid project management and analytical skills
  • PC literacy, including desktop applications competency (e.g., Microsoft Office, Gsuite, etc.)
  • Strong business knowledge and interpersonal skills
  • Some knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures
  • Willing to learn new technologies/systems
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Clarity
