As part of this team, you will play a critical role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected.
This position is required to provide operational support for the CHF/OCS suite of services nationally, including Prepaid, Usage Controls, Account Group Share, Real Time Reporting, eSM, eCGS, D/R Routers, and M2M. OCS is a multi-departmental national platform comprised of 100+ network elements. The designs for OCS require in-depth knowledge of the hardware, software, and call flows. The Sr. Engineer Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations for multiple platforms, rotational on-call support of the OCS network elements, capacity and demand visibility, and execution of the POR (Plan of Record).
This position will also be involved in migrating and supporting applications from bare metal equipment to the VCP core.
