What you’ll be doing...

You will help our most important customers move their business forward. As a trusted advisor, you’ll add value for us and our customers by solving their business problems. You’ll bring a consultative selling approach and become a specialist for your customers and your peers by expertly packaging and tailoring our solutions to meet customer needs. Your role is critical to establish us as the premier business partner in your accounts.

Key accountabilities:

  • Develop new business and win new customers within the Benelux region, meeting/exceeding a sales quota and achieving booking targets.

  • Create, develop, organize, plan, drive and coordinate sales activities for prospective customers within the region.

  • Understand and analyse customer business needs and have the business acumen to develop solutions via a strategic sales discovery process.

  • Develop pipeline: identify and generating new business opportunities from prospective customers. Multitask in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

  • Serve as a motivator and create opportunities for our network and security solutions to help customers realise their goals.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and office.

What we’re looking for...

You enjoy digging deep to really understand the customer’s vision along with their unique situation and challenges. You like putting things together in new and creative ways to best solve the customer’s most pressing needs. You look for mutually beneficial solutions wherever you can and enjoy collaborating with others. You’re not afraid of analytics and like to talk hard data.

You’ll need to have:

  • Relevant work experience in sales with a proven track record.

  • Experience of selling to enterprise business customers.

  • A strong degree of self motivation.

  • Experience of securing new logo business.

  • Sold network and cyber security solutions.

  • Experience in account development and leadership.

  • A valid Driving License and willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Knowledge of large multinational and Fortune 500 businesses.

  • Strong communication skills, to effectively position new ideas.

  • The ability to persuade and negotiate to create desired outcomes.

  • Experience of balancing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
