What you’ll be doing...
You will be responsible for ensuring service delivery and reliability of Verizon’s world class Voice, Video, and Data networks at the best cost. We are transforming our culture and network to enhance the employee and customer experience, and you play a vital role in crafting and achieving that vision, finding ways to improve business results every day. Your role will involve leading and developing a high-performing 24x7 team to effectively deliver on business goals. Safety, quality issues, workforce performance, feedback and training, and labor relations will all be on your radar.
