What you’ll be doing...

Build and govern the Sales Operations Structure to support the regional Leader in defined territory in achieving the respective booking and revenue targets and establish platforms for growth in the territory. Align all activities with the overall aim to constantly improve the Sales and Revenue results in EMEA.

  • Govern and organize the required sales structures on behalf of the EMEA MD.
  • Regular Forecast and Funnel Reviews.
  • Regular Revenue Planning / Outlook and related meeting governance.
  • Regular Sales Strategy and Account Planning Reviews and related governance.
  • Provide an advanced level of guidance and insight to apply key business drivers or operational variables to validate/disseminate key assumptions, model outcomes, conclusions, risks, opportunities and recommendations for regional Sales.
  • Regional GTM Planning, contribution to EMEA GTM planning.
  • Matrix management with Marketing / Channel GTM.
  • Collaborate with cross functional Leadership Team to drive increased penetration and participation, and remove blockers to Sales and Revenue performance.
  • Identify improvements to processes in order to provide timely, accurate information to decision makers.
  • Manage projects and set-up project teams for cross functional business improvements initiatives/support to EMEA Sales Enablement efforts.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of the business and cost drivers.
  • Experience in driving and resolving diverse/complex problems.
  • Knowledge in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Experience in delivering project status and progress to Senior Leadership teams.
  • Knowledge of the company's operations and the key performance indicators that drive the business.
  • Project/Program Management Methodologies or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Advanced knowledge of report query and design to build Business Scorecard Models.
  • Knowledge of Verizon reporting systems and applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Even better if you have:

  • Ability to effectively interact with senior Sales management on a regular basis – ideally having had a Sales background.
  • Ability to create accurate, informative and complete ad-hoc reporting as requested.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, comfortable to present in front of higher level management.
  • Organized, with strong Problem Solving and Project Management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Ability to identify and implement new and improved ways of working.
  • Attention to detail; strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Experience with the tools and systems used by and within the Sales community, including SFDC, SPA, Anaplan and the quoting/ordering platforms (legacy and New Platform).
  • International experience, specifically a good understanding of cultural differences and ability to adjust to the respective environment to drive engagement with all x-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Process Optimization Standards like Lean Six Sigma.
