What you’ll be doing...

This position is a high-profile key management role within the Consumer Device Marketing and product organization, specifically under Accessories. You will be responsible for overseeing a cross functional team for all items pertaining to the Operational Effectiveness across the team. You will be in work closely within the team to organize the business case, liaise with the team to prioritize IT projects and then land a path with oversight of the PMO function. You will work with the product managers as well as our vendor partners to make sure we continue to be best in class.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Operational strategy for Accessories.
  • Determining what type of processes are needed to ensure we work efficiently and effectively.
  • Testing out new ideas.
  • Figuring out the GAP closure tactics and how to accelerate.
  • Telling us what the market says.
  • Making our customers happy.
  • Improving the cash flow into the business.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You are curious about what people need and want. You enjoy digging through data for insight into opportunities for how we can help our consumers work, play and connect in new and better ways.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.
  • Digital experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers.
  • Experience presenting findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
  • Experience analyzing what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience designing custom research approaches to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights.
  • Experience translating market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
