What you’ll be doing...

Manage company’s financial planning and reporting system; support accounting and finance users; provide training to users; work to improve Hyperion automation and security; explore and expand financial system to support company’s growth initiatives; maintain and upgrade existing financial reporting and planning system.

Manage and maintain Hyperion Financial Report cubes to include consolidation process, data forms, data grids, journal reports and SmartView

• Improve Hyperion reporting/automation/security/forms etc.
• Manage Financial Data Quality Management data load process, new general ledger account set up; brand set up and dimension mapping
• Validate data between Hyperion Cloud Financial Management vs. Oracle
• Support monthly accounting close and monthly financial forecast; create report books and schedule the batch reports
• Metadata management, understand the application metadata and approve the metadata changes in DRM (Data Relationship Management) workflow system
• Support Hyperion Cloud users account set up, security, and issue resolution
• Maintain and modify security; manage the data issues (root cause analysis)
• Work as a liaison between business and IT to solve data issues; translate business requirements into a technical plan; troubleshoot issues and request from the business

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledgein Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Cognos.

Even better if you have:

• A master's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in Hyperion Administration including Hyperion Data Quality Management (FDM/FDMEE), Hyperion Enterprise, Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Interactive Reporting/OBIEE, Hyperion SmartView, Hyperion Financial Reporting, EPMA File Generator, Hyperion Enterprise Reporting
• Able to support 25 or more Hyperion users
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Knowledge of financial analysis practices, principles, applications, analytical methods of problem-solving and financial data validation
• Knowledge in Oracle Hyperion cloud management EBS, DRM, and OBIEE
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
