What you’ll be doing...
You will be responsible for the strategic direction and learning lifecycle of our enterprise-wide Executive Education and Top Talent development programs. You will lead a team of managers who create world-class, high-impact learning solutions that develop a strong pipeline of extraordinary, principled executive leaders. Your leadership development portfolio will advance the communicative, collaborative, and strategic thinking skills needed for today, and also build the skills needed to lead future innovation, business growth, and strategic impact - all culminating as a competitive advantage building the Verizon of the future.
This position directly supports and interfaces with executives at varying levels including Verizon’s CHRO, SVP Talent & DEI, VP Learning & Development, all Learning & Development Directors, VP Talent Acquisition, as well as a variety of senior-level leaders across our business groups.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
