What you’ll be doing...

Senior Manager Business Transformation you will be a part of the Network Systems team. Here we deliver the Operating Systems in the company, which are critical enablers for all new technology deployments, product rollouts and the provisioning and activation of all services onto the network. You will lead a team of people and be responsible for challenging and re-engineering conventional business processes, policies, and ways of working that lead to large-scale transformational change. Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to design and execute key strategic initiatives that deliver efficiency. As a transformation leader you will lead cross-functional teams to think broadly and boldly about the future state and what must be true to enable it.

  • Operationalize a vendor management framework to govern performance and foster long term partnerships.
  • Create a strong organizational communications framework and manage communications professionals.
  • Collaborate with parent and peer organizations to align on performance agreements, metrics and priorities.
  • Partner inside and outside of the organization to create, influence and track transformation savings.
  • Manage and communicate organizational metrics leveraging/improving the framework that has been created.
  • Maintain an inventory of organizational resources.
  • Help create a learning culture with emphasis on Talent transformation.
  • Constantly look out for efficiency levers by looking at opportunities for standardization, automation etc. - we build strong frameworks.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a variety of disciplines related to the transformation and technology; such as vendor management, organizational communication in support of change management and/or business case savings/cost analysis.
  • Experience interfacing directly with senior leaders.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
  • MS and MBA degree.
  • Demonstrated track record of direct management experience of individual contributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective presentations at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis (i.e., ROI, cost analysis, business case development, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability in managing long term vendor relationships.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
