What you’ll be doing...

The Robotics Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing product marketing, technical & training content, and market analysis for robotics, including autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), hardware, software, APIs, and complex solutions within Verizon Robotics. This person will be on a team that is shaping the market for aerial and ground robotics, both current and future. The Robotics Product Marketing Manager will serve as the robotics/AMR subject matter expert on the Product Marketing Team and be instrumental in bringing to market cutting-edge robotics solutions. This person will guide the narrative on robotics at the intersection of 5G, mobile edge compute, and autonomous systems - from proof-of-concept to customer adoption. The responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to Verizon Robotics’ product strategy with your understanding of market opportunities and customer demand, including market trends, customer requirements, usage and buying behavior.
• Conducting/coordinating research with key user groups to determine market fit and market direction.
• Serving as a Robotics subject matter expert on webinars and training sessions for customers, partners, and teammates.
• Creating and refining value propositions for new products and services.
• Creating technical specifications to be used by partners and customers.
• Creating and develop training material to be used by internal and external trainers (virtual and in-person).
• Crafting engaging audience-specific content, including case studies, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers and sales playbooks that can be utilized globally.
• Educating sales, product management, and marketing team about competitive landscape and competitor offerings.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• A degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience in robotics product management, robotics product marketing, robotics training and education, and/or robotics technical writing.
• Technical background or clear understanding of robotics, computing, and telecommunications.
• Experience building credibility with and delivering results for product teams, sales teams and customers.
• Uses data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.

Even better if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in conducting professional training sessions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
• Able to coordinate across teams and perform in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Good spoken and written German.
• Proven experience being self-directed and working with minimal supervision.

For this position, the minimum gross salary based on the Austrian collective agreement amounts to 2,556.00 per month. The actual salary is based on the candidate’s qualification and experience and will be negotiated.
