What you’ll be doing...

As Presales Quality Assurance (PSQA) for the Managed Security Solutions (MSS) Team, you'll be responsible for helping ensure flawless execution of our service activations and disconnects. You’ll partner with our PreSales team, Sales team, Network and Security design teams, and Project Managers to systematically review the service requests and maintain records for audit and compliance.

  • Perform end-to-end quality assurance procedures on statements of work (SOW), including design supportably validation, device support validation, usability and compatibility validation with a keen eye for detail.
  • Review the MSS Premises Presales Quality Assurance Request and provide timely feedback to the team.
  • Collaborate with project manager to review and validate service details.
  • Work with the team to clean up templates in development and proactively identify solutions for errors identified during QA.
  • Manage tasks within the project management platform on-time, proactively participate in team meetings to align on workflow expectations, team member responsibilities, and tactically execute on action items.
  • Regularly attend meetings that identify roadblocks and potential solutions before timelines and launch dates are impacted.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with lifecycle and/or quality assurance programs.
  • Experience performing end-to-end quality assurance validation.
  • ITIL Foundations v3* required, preferably multiple Intermediate ITIL certifications.

Even better if you have:

  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong success in managing your time and prioritizing tasks to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to implement feedback and tailor your approach for success.
  • Well organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills, and the ability to exhibit a presence when necessary.
  • PMP certification.
