What you’ll be doing...

Implement reliable and effective end to end billing testing solutions using industry leading tools. Implement personalized, customer centric – Customer Journey Testing. Migration testing of systems from on premise data centers to AWS and from older technologies like Mainframe/DB2 to newer open source platform based on web services, and APIs like Cassandra and Java. Perform testing of complex modules like Billing, Rating, Payments, Journalization, Booking, Taxation, Collections, Product Catalog, Pricing, and Bill Format Systems on various technology platform. Automation of test cases, billing jobs, and processing Automation. Management Review and Demonstration, Presentations and Status communications. Lead team members in meeting project goals and train/mentor members on new projects and technologies. Listen to customer service calls, visit stores and monitor social media to identify opportunities for software and customer experience improvements.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, and 3 years of experience with DB2, Postgres DB and Cassandra DB; 5G and 4G wireless products; and Oracle and MySQL. Experience therein to include 2 years in developing DevOps software and testing Billing conversion and migration projects; and Billing, Rating, Payments, Journalization, Booking, Taxation, and Pricing formats.
