What you’ll be doing...

You'll be on Verizon Business Group’s digital product team focusing on driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities on Verizon’s B2B self-service portal, My Business. You will be responsible for enabling digital growth within the Verizon Business Group on our suite of innovative emerging products and solutions, such as Recommended Customer Packages, 5G Business Internet, and other add-on products. Utilizing your experience in understanding and balancing the needs of the business and the digital audience, you’ll create a highly engaging digital user experience and functional programs to achieve our goals. You will be responsible for the customer journey optimization and understanding traffic analysis to improve conversion of these products. You’ll craft the vision and lead the innovative customer experience strategy that will provide the best online experience.

  • Lead all aspects of ideation, strategy, planning and implementation of projects.
  • Create business cases and gain executive alignment and approvals.
  • Review VOC and identify customer pain points; lead teams to come up with solutions to address and monitor post launch improvements.
  • Complete and assess website funnel analysis to determine opportunities to drive conversions and identify system improvements based on customer fall-out and online behavior.
  • Identify and use key metrics to measure success of a project and provide read-outs to leadership.
  • Understand implications of CX and UX changes and be scrappy while making decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders from Marketing, GTS, CMO, Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance and Field Operations teams to achieve project goals.
  • Create and maintain project timelines to ensure implementation tasks are complete and critical milestones are met.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact critical project deliverables.
  • Summarize project progress and results for executive updates and reviews.
  • Seek industry and best practices, determine value and drive change where appropriate to gain efficiencies.
  • Ensure the customer experience is best in class through design and strategy.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with sales in ecommerce portals and apps.
  • Project management experience (requirements gathering).
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Experience creating digital journeys for ecommerce transactions.
  • Experience in improving digital sales funnels.
  • Adobe Analytics (or similar) knowledge.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in web design, ecommerce, graphic design, and UX or related field.
  • Experience analyzing data.
  • Experience in preparing reports and making recommendations.
  • Organizational skills to share clear requirements to cross functional teams, organize project teams and report deliverables.
  • Proven track record of being ateam player who can effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously within tight timelines.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem.
  • Project management experience including requirements gathering in an agile environment.
