What you’ll be doing...

Day to day, you will be working on local/global project. Forensic investigation cases includes but not limited to: ransomware, phishing, insider threat, payment forensics investigations, fraud investigations, active directory compromise. You will be leveraging state of the art tools such as Encase, Axiom, NUIX, X-ways, UFED and other commercial and open source tools including EDR and NDR tools and technologies.

You will be supported and supervised by senior colleagues.

• Evidence acquisition - Windows, Linux, Mac OS.
• Volatile data and memory collection.
• Analysis – volatile data, disk forensics, log review, registry analysis, shimcahe, shell bags, etc.
• Report writing
• Other tasks includes – conducting Incident response trainings are customers, tabletop exercise, executive breach simulation, darkweb hunting
• The work of an Incident Investigator requires flexibility and may need to work out of office hours.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge with conducting forensic investigations ( analysis and reporting, evidence acquisition).
• Experience in incident response anddigital forensics, e-discovery.
• Experience in fraud investigationand working on EDR solutions.
• Experienc inIT investigations.
• Knowledge of networking andcybersecurity.
• Knowledge in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Fluency in English.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Computer troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot using common network and system tools.
• Consulting experience.
• Desired certifications such as CHFI, GCFE, GCFA, etc.
• Knowledge of tools such as Encase, Axiom, X-Ways, Volatility
• Knowledge of Windows & Linux Operating System.
